How and where can I get tickets for the bus from Luzhou to Chengdu and how often do they run?

I have to travel to Chengdu at the weekend so I am in place ready to sort out my visa extension on Monday but have not been able to discover which bus station I need. I have to travel to Chengdu on Saturday morning and return, hopefully, Monday afternoon/evening. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
