About:Chinese Embassy in Bangladesh

is it possible to convert Z visa to X visa and F visa in the mainland of China?

it is possible but you may need to do this through a visa agency.

Yes. But keep in mind, this may cost much becuase agency will double the fee for their service. If possible, you'd better apply for the right visa in Bangladesh according to your purpose of visit.
