how to apply for chinese visa from hong kong

I am Ramani Perera working at the Sri Lanka Embassy in Beijing, China.  My daughter who is studying in Lingnan University in Hong Kong is planing to visit me during X'mas holidays that starts in 21st December for a months time. Your daughter may apply for a visa from the Visa Office of PRC in Hk SAR located at 7th Floor, Lower Block, China Resources Building, No.26, Harbor Road, Wanchai. You may get mroe details at the official website of the office here http://www.fmcoprc.gov.hk/eng/
