how to go from hong kong to shenzhen

Hi, intend to stay 1 day in HongKong before going to ShenZhen the next 2 days.  I am looking to stay in to SAFE & recommended (Hostel, Homestay, Vacation rentals, private rooms, sublets by the night) which is also NEAREST MTR to go to ShenZhen the next day? Thanks

You can take the Kwun Tong Line to reach Kowloon Tong from Mongkok and then change to West Rail Line to reach Lu wu. Passing the port, you will reach your destination.
