Hi, you can certainly find several halal restaurants nearby, such as Halal Lanzhou Beef Noodles Restaurant, Dajing Halal Restrant(near Henan South Road) and Yuyuan Halal Restrant(about 800m away).
As for the nearby Mosque, about one kilometer away from your hotel, you can find Xiaotaoyuan Mosque and Fuyou Road Mosque.
