Time required to transfer to Air Canada Airlines from Philippine Airlines

May family and I are migrating to Canada. We will be arriving at Shanghai - Pudong Airport thru Philippine Airline flight #36 at 3:50PM from Manila and our scheduled departure to Vancouver thru Air Canada is 6:20PM. Do we have enough time to do this? We already purchased our tickets. Thank you

Time is enough for you to make this transfer. Just catch it!

Thanks Cindy. However, I was warned by Air Canada personnel here in the Philippines that we still needs to queue customs/immigration lane in Shanghai with our checked and hand carry baggage and there is always a long line! Air Canada said that we need at least 4 hours to get out the customs/immigration lane and check-in again ourselves and baggage through Air Canada lane. Have someone experience this already. Thank you.

It is hard to say. If you take the connecting flight, the time is enough. If not, you need to go through the custom and the time depends on how many people there will be. You can take the Canada Air's advice in to consideration to leave more time on transfer.
