Can I get a Chinese passport if I was born in Hong Kong?

I have a few questions. I was born in hong kong in 1989 but came to canada a year after I was born. I am a canadian citizen and was wondering if there is any way of me getting my chinese passport since I was born there?

No, you are not eligible to get Chinese passport if you were Canadian citizen, regardless of born in HK. You can refer to http://www.immd.gov.hk/ehtml/hkid.htm if you are eligible to get HK ID.
