Foreigner doing business in China can apply for tourist Visa to Japan

Hello, I'm a Brazilian passport holder doing a business in Guanzhou, I hold a F Visa, and I'd like to apply for a tourist japanese visa to visit a friend in Japan and then came back again to China.

I have all the documents required, but I don't have a permanent residence in China and I'm here for less than one year.

Can I apply for it here?

Hi, you can not apply in China if you have only an F visa. Residence permit is required for application to Japan.
