few days stay at shenyang how to plan it?

i will be stay there for 4 days around 2 week of november before i back to vancouver, i will stay at crown plaza hotal, any suggestion or planning day by day? is it safe if i call taxi by my-self to hotel from airport (8:00pm), thank you!

Day 1,  you can go to visit the Imperial Palace in the city, then go to Zhaoling Tomb (North Mausoleum) and Fuling Tomb for a visit. Day 2, you can go to Botanical Garden to enjoy its beauty. Day 3, have a visit of Meteorite Mountain Park and Shenyang West LakeDay 4, do some shopping and have a rest. It is just my suggestion above. You can regard it as a reference.  Well, it is generally safe to yourself to call a taxi from the airport to the hotel.
