I am MAlaysian.want to go to Shanghai and UK after for visiting purpose.

Just want to make sure before I leave Malaysia.i know i need to apply chiness visa.after spend 4 week .can I fly to UK from shanghai ?because Malaysian no need visa to UK as I know.and I will returned from UK to MAlaysia after the trip.is that possible?
