beijing hotel choose.

Question

i am thinking of staying either at marriott great wall or The Imperial Mansion,  Marriott Executive Apartments. which is the better place to stay? is it close/walking distance to any tourist sites and how far from the great wall, can I get there using subway and is it close to the hotel.

Hi, if you wanna go to the nearby attractions, the latter hotel may be better. It is close to the Forbidden City, Tiananmen Square and Wangfujng Pedestrian. While the former hotel is also very convenient. It is near the railway station, so the transportation can be more accessible.Both of them can be good to Great Wall. You can go to the nearby subway station to take the MTR to Jishuitan. Then walking to Deshengmen, the bus no. 877 can take you to Badaling Great Wall directly.
