Hello, which documents are needed for an Libyan Nationality living here- can't go to Tripoli he was student at School of Architecture Tsinhua University in Bejen 1989- to get a tourist L?

Generally, you need to provide your valid passport, your residence permit, filled application form, two-way air ticket, hotel reservation.
