us passport holder living in romania; where do i go to get a chinese visa?

I need to get a business visa (F), but currently live in Romania. Can I go to the PRC embassy in Bucharest to get a multy-entry on my US passport? ...and what are the fees? Thank you

Yes, you can do it in Bucharest if you have residence permit in Romania, but for a multiple one, you should have had obtained an F visa at least twice in the past two years or holds such documents as certificate of investment or business licence. The visa fee is 450 Leu.
