About:Year of the Dragon

Hi my daughter was born in 23 of january 2012. Is she Dragon?and does she have dragon chracters?

Yes, your daughter is a baby of the dragon year.
According to Chinese traditional culture, someone who was born in a certain year will keep the characters of the zodiac sign more or less. Thus your daughter may be endowed with the dragon character.
