About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

Non Philippine passport holder,without proof of residency

hi,my boyfriend is an Italian and his job is a seafarer,he will disembark from the ship and will go straight in Manila,our plan is to apply for a chinese visa together since we also want to spend vacation in Beijing,the question is how can he provide a proof of residency if he is just coming here for another short vacation.thank you

No way to prove his residency in Philippines, I think he should apply for the China visa in his own country in advance.
