Can I transfer $43.000 Australian Dollars from Hong Kong to Brisbane

I am supposed to have won it in a raffle at Sincere Group of Companys

Generally speaking, you can transfer in HK, but as for the detail information, you have to ask the local banks such as HSBC there.
