application for visa to enter China by person already holding Chinese passport

My wife carries a Chinese passport but she has permanent residency in Australia. Is she required to apply for a visa to enter China? Please advise. She plans to travel to China very soon.

Hi, don't worry, she can enter China with her passport if she is for short visit. From July 2013, she need to go through application if she wants to settle down in China.
