About:Causeway Bay

Accomodation in HK

Hi i am travelling to there in Jan 2013 and i am wondering which area should i stay?
My purpose of the trip is leisure and holiday and it is a couple trip. Would like to cover tourist attractions, shopping (preferably clothes & bag) , tasting the local delights and nightlife.
I need recommendation for hotel which will be convenient for me to access the transport and convenient to walk around at night for food and shopping =)

Well, good idea to visit the city, where you can not only enjoy many attractions, but also get the chance to have a good taste of the local snakes.
As for your demand, I suggest you check in a hotel near Causeway Bay, where you can go shopping, have easy and tasty dining as well as convenient transport for the scenic spots. Therefore, Charterhouse Hotel and Regal Hotel are suggested.

I am currently staying at Harbour Grand Hotel just 100 M away from fortress hill MTR. I have to say this hotel has excellent service with a nice grand lobby. Compared to Causeway Bay, this hotel location is a little quiet, and less touristy and you may wish to consider this hotel, to get away from the crowded causeway. Also, the MTR is only 2 stops away from Causeway MTR, which suggests that this hotel is in the prime area, but at a quieter place.
