BUISNESS VISA AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

Hi,kindly iam iraqi asurgeon i have my plan to attend amedical congress in Beijing from 15th to 19th of october 2012,i will apply for buisness visa on 7th of october and because of very limited time which is out of my controll may i collecting it in the same day or the second day? providing that i already have a letter from republic of china governoment with all required documents. in addition that i already visit many region and other countries with thier visa fixed already in my own passport.regards
