About:How to Travel between Hangzhou and Nearby Cities

How go with bus from China Fine Art Academy in Hangzhou to Qiantang River tide bore at Yanguan zhen?

I was told that from the bus stop Jiuxi 九溪 goes busses there. Do you know which one? How long will it take to go there? Where, on which stop to get out? Are they direct?

Yes, you are right. You can take Bus Y5 to reach Zhanongkou Village and then change to K523 or 523 to reach Yancang Development Zone and then you can take a taxi to reach Qiantang River.
It will take you an hour to half and an hour.
