You can take the bus on Qingling North Road. The bus operates from 07:00 to 19:00 everyday, but you have to wait about 30 minutes to take one. I advise you to take other buses to reach the Tang Paradise South Gate. You can take the tourism bus 5 to reach the Xian Railway Station and then take the city buses to reach the park.
