About:Telephone & Cellphone in China

i am calling from pakistan to fujian province but i do not know that my dialled no.is in which city.

0794103049 now i do not know that how can i call from peshawar pakistan.to this number.please tell me that how can i make the call.

You have to add +86 and the area code before the number you call.
