Can the Chinese corporation help provide me with a working visa in China?

I am an accredited expert in corporate promotion, but do not have a BA. China work visa procedure. A large and famous Chinese company would like to employ me for international corporate communication purposes, however I do not have a BA. I have worked as an expert in the communications field for some 30 years.

Hi Joshua, the chinese corporation is able to provide you an invitation letter and go through the process to apply for you a work permit. With these two documents, you need to apply for the work visa by yourself from Chinese embassy or consulate in US. They can not get the visa directly for you.

Hi again, although I have worked in the communications field for many years, I heard that I can't be employed unless I have my degree. Do you mean a degree is not mandatory for obtaining a work visa from a company for work in communications? Can you tell me more specifically on this point? Thank you.

Hi Joshua, you can contact your employer for more details. I know that in order to apply for the work permit, you need to provide your diploma and copy. Anyway, you can ask for your employer to have a try.
