is invitation letter required even for tourist visa for china from dubai as well?

Actually m about to go to china for my further studies n my dad wants to go with me so probably he will be applying for tourist visa. Can u plz help me regarding this: How many days will it take for the invitation letter(if required)?What else documents are required for Tourist visa & how many days will it take after submitting all the documents? Thanks.

Hi, if you are going to apply in UAE, invitation letter is not required for tourist visa. You should provide following documents:1. Original passport valid for more than 6 months with blank visa pages;2. UAE resident visa valid for more than 6 months if foreigner:3. Application Form;4. One passport photo;5. Copies of the data pages of the passport and UAE resident visa.6. A No-objection letter from your company stating your position ,monthly or yearly salary.
