How many Milk formula can I bring into China?

Hi,
I am pregnant and am planning to have baby born in China. I am New Zealander and my husband is Chinese. I am going to bring milk formula made in New Zealand for my incoming baby. How many cans am I allowed to bring in?

with regard to above answer to question 3, 10% tax is payable. will it apply to all the tins or only apply to the tins exceeding the allowed limit?

Thanks?
