Regarding invitation date for visa

Dear Concern person,
Good day.
today i receive invitation letter from Exporter but my invitation letter issue 18.9.12 as i know validity for one month but i need apply visa Sweden, turkey embassy so can i apply for Chinese visa next month first week?
