Working (Z) Visa requirements.

Do I need a bank statement when applying for a working Visa in any Chinese embassy?
Do I also need a medical check up? What's the length of validity of medical check up?

Hi Fritz, bank statement is not required for work visa application. You need to do medical check to provide a Physical Examination Record for Foreigners signed by doctors from an Indian state hospital. This is valid for 6 months from issue date.

Pls could you tell me in your own thinking the list of documents required when applying for a working Visa?

You need to fill Application Forms A and B, with a recently-taken color photo, valid passport and a copy of information page, Invitation Letter of duly authorized Chinese unit and Alien Employment License (Work Permit), Diploma and a copy of it, Physical Examination Record for Foreigners and a Prsonal Written Statement.
