how can i pay for the visa fee at the chinese embassy in cairo

I read that it is possible to pay for visa fee at CIB bank i Cairo, does it mean that i can't pay any visa fee at the embassy anymore?

Yes, from July 1, 2012. the Consular Section of Chinese embassy in Cairo will only charge fees with VISA card or Master card. Cash will be paid at any branch of CIB to the following account:Account Name : Embassy of People Republic of ChinaAccount No. : 0760061408
