few hours in quanzhou, can we take a short visit?

Hi! We have a few hours to spend in Quanzhou before moving to Shanghai.  We arrive in Quanzhou Airport on Oct 11 at around 12:30pm. We plan to book a flight to Shanghai the same day at around 11pm. What are the best places to visit given our limited time? Also, what is the quickest way to get in and out of the JJN airport? How bad is the traffic and how much time should we allot for travel?

Kaiyuan Temple and Qingjing Mosque are good places for visiting. There is airport shuttle bus that you can take to reach the city center. If you want to visit the local scenic spots in a limited time, I advise you to rent a taxi to help you.
