About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

Hi! Please help. This is emergency. How can I pull out my passport from the consular office?

We applied for a Chinese Tourist Visa last Friday, September 28, 2012. We have a booked flight to Beiging this October 28, 2012. I was expecting to get the passport next week. But the embassy and the consular office will be on holiday this October 1 to 5. Our representative submitted our documents and passport already. And our passport will be released on October 10, 2012. My problem is, we also have a booked flight to Singapore this October 9, 2012. Our representative applied for a normal 4 working days processing time. What should I do? I asked our representative to go back to the Embassy last Friday before 3 PM to pull out our passport and we will just reapply once we get back from Singapore. But, she was rejected for the reason that our passport has been submitted to the Consular Office already. Is there a way for us to claim the passport on Monday, October 8, 2012 for us to catch up our flight the next day? Please help. I'm really having trouble with this. Thank you in advance!

I made a letter of request to be submitted to their office and I will attach our itinerary ticket and hotel voucher for Singapore. We are willing to pay for any extra charge that is necessary. I hope that they will consider our request.. Thank you Niger!
