About:Chinese Embassy in UAE

i am dubai residant having passport of turkmenistan is visa required for hongkong and macua.

Yes, visa is required to both Hong Kong and Macao. You need to apply for one to HK in advance. Macao visa can be got upon arrival.

If you live in Dubai, you can submit your HK visa application to Chinese consulate in Dubai. Documents are generally application form, passport, UAE visa valid for more than 6 months, a photo, an employment letter from your company, an invitation letter from HK if for business, detailed travel itinerary, hotel reservation and air ticket. Sometimes, you also need to provide personal bank statement for the last three months.
