About:Shanghai Pudong Airport

Subway Line 2 to pudong

If I take Subway Line 2 from Hangqiao railway station to pudong airport. Which terminal I will land finally. I am suppose to go to terminal 2 to catch Malaysia airline flight.

How crowded this metro train next week Oct 4? I heard it will be too crowded, is it possible to get a seat at shanghai hangqiao railway station. I am coming with a small kid(1yr old) and luggage.

Also do I have to transit the metro train at Guanglan Road Station. If so do I have to change the platform or something.

Thanks

Pudong Airport Station of Subway Line 2 is located between T1 and T2. After off the subway, you can follow the sign to get to T2 easily. The metro will be crowded on that day since it is during the National Day Holiday in China. Since you are coming with a small kid, people on the subway usually are willing to give you a seat, thus do not worry much about it. You need to transfer to another subway line 2 at Guanglan Road Station. After off the subway, you need to walk about 20m to the opposite side of the platform to take another subway line 2.
