ticket change at pudong airport

Question

Hi Charlie,I am arriving to pudong airport on Oct 5th, 2012 and scheduled to leave for Hong Kong on Oct 15th however, I would like to rebook my flight so that I can leave Shanghai earlier on Oct 8th, 2012. Is there a cathy pacific counter in the pudong airport that can help me change my ticket and would there be a penalty fee charged if I change it upon arrival?

Hi, there is Cathy Pacific Counter in T2. Usually, if it is not a special offer aor ticket, you can change it at the counter. As for the charge, different airlines has different regulations. You'd better call the Cathy Pacific Airlines to ask for details.
