Ticket Change at Pudong Airport

Hi Charlie,

I am arriving to pudong airport on Oct 5th, 2012 and scheduled to leave for Hong Kong on Oct 15th however, I would like to rebook my flight so that I can leave Shanghai earlier on Oct 8th, 2012. Is there a cathy pacific counter in the pudong airport that can help me change my ticket and would there be a penalty fee charged if I change it upon arrival?
