How to get to Salvo Hotel from PUDONG AIRPORT.

Hi, I will be going to Shanghai in mid October. I have total 8 peoples.
How to get to Salvo Hotel in Guangdong Road. Please
advise me. Should I get a taxi or should I get a Van to pick up all.
Where can i get the arrangement for pick-up from airport.
Maybe I know how the weather be in October. Thank you
