Training Pool at the WaterCube - Open to Public?

I an planning to swim at the Training Pool at the WaterCube (NOT the waterpark, just the Training Pool).

Is it open to the public?
How much are the latest fees?
Are there lockers and showers available (free? or for a fee?)
What is the operating schedule for the public?
Do they only allow professional swimmers, or is it open to anyone who wants to swim laps?

Thank you.

It is open to public. It costs CNY 50 for two hours during 14:00-19:00 from Tuesday to Sunday for swimming in the training pool. You need to pay overtime fee CNY30 for addition 30 minutes or less, CNY30 for 30-60 minutes and CNY40 for 60 minutes or more. There are lockers for free.
