Shopping around Shanghai

Is there any underground stores at metro or train station or open air roadside stalls where you can buy clothes, shoes, handbags, hats & accessories. I'm not looking for branded or expensive stuff. A place where usually the local people shop

Hi, Jessie, in this case, you can go to Qipu Road. You can bargain down the price there.
