german tourist apply for visa in bangkok

hi! can I apply for it in bangkok? and how long does it take?I am german and have a german passport.is it ok that the leaving flight is from hongkong?

It is difficult to get a visa in Bangkok if you are not working or living there. If yes, the processing takes 4 working days in general. The flight ticket leaving from HK is ok.
