it's possible to go directly from pudong airport to Nanjing town? by bus or by train? thanks

Well, I'm afraid there is no direct transport between the two places. But don't worry! You can take a flight to Ganzhou first. Then you can take the airport shuttle bus to Ganzhou Bus Station to take a bus to Nanjing Town directly.0
