Is it good time to travel to Hangzhou in mid December? I plan to visit China during mid Dec.

Well, in my opinion, it is not a very goos ideal. It may be a little cold to travel then. The average temperature in Dec. is only about 7-8 C.
If you plan to visit China then, I suggest you go to some cities of southern region to get a good trip, considered the weather condition.
