About:Getting to Changsha

what's the best and more economic way to get to changsha from Hong Kong?

Is bullet train a good and convenient option if I don't want to spend too much on airfare? How far is the bullet train station from HK? How much does it cost? How long does it take? Do I have to purchase these ticket ahead or can I just purchase it on the day of travel? How far is the bullet train station from the airport?

There is no direct bullet trains between the two places. But if you do not want to spend too much on airfare, I think you can a train from HK to Guangzhou and then change the bullet train to reach your destination.
The train will take you about two hours and 210 RMB for the second seat. Then those from GZ to Changsha will cost you about two to three hours and 315 RMB for the second seat and 505 RMB for the first seat.
I advise you to book the tickets in advance, so that you will not be afraid that there is no tickets when you are at the railway station.
I cannot figure out the last question clearly. Which railway station and airport do you mean?
