Certified HKSAR documents in Malaysia By the ROC consular

I was required by the M'sia Immigration to have my marriage cert,daughter birth cert and me and my wife HKSAR ID certified true copies by the Consular Of ROC in kuala lumpur and i was told by the information counter lady that they don't certified this type of documents and they only issue or certified diplomatic concern documents and if i were to have it certified i need to do it in HKSAR. Can anyone advise me or the lady at the consular what should be done instead of me flying back to HKSAR TO CERTIFIED MY DOCUMENTS as the m'sia immigration want us to have it certified it in M'sia by the revelant consular or embassies attached in m'sia not back to the origin country. Please help and advise
