Dalian Tour

I plan to go to the city in mid-October for 2-3 days. Can you suggest what are the key attraction spots that I should not miss out. please also advise where to book our accomodation - the location must be easily accessible to the city center and the scenic spot areas & not forgetting with reasonable rates.
