You cannot buy tickets earlier than that. 5. The temperature in Shenyang is from -20C to -1C. In Anshan, it varies from -12C to 0C. In Beijing, the temperature varies from about -10 to 2 or 3 C. In Wuhan, the temperature is higher, it varies from 0C to 10C.
