About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

I pay for my Filipino cousins to China for a tour, how do I get them visas? I am in Canada.

I am a Canadian citizen and wish to treat 3 of my cousins that hold Philippine passports to a 12 day tours in November 2012. It appears that your requirement for visa application for them is more difficult than from me as a Canadian. I am paying for the trip and even sent them the money for their passports. Would a bond from me acceptable with the completed apps?
