what is best, cheap, decent, and clean hotel in Fujian Province and how much/day

going to Fujian next month, i would like to look for a good hotel which is cheap but safe, decent and clean with bathroom and toilet inside the room, not shared please. can you suggest?

I've answered you the other question. Fujian is a province including many cities. Which city do you want to go? is it Fuzhou or Xiamen?
