About:Hong Kong Weather

I would like to visit HK in March 2013. How is the weather and any cheap sales during this month?

It tends to be warm and humid at that time. The average temperature is around 20C. Well, it may turn a little bit cold at night, you should take a light overcoat, a sweater as well as rainwear. You may find sales during that month.
