Can i visit Jiuzhaigou in Mid November? What will be the temperature be?

Yes, you can, but you need to prepare warm clothes since it is cold there. The temperature varies greatly between day and night from 4~16C. Sometimes, it may get down to 0C. It has great chance to have snowfall at that time.
