previous entry on application form

I have been to mainland chins before via Macau in 2004 for a 3 hour shopping visit whilst in Macau for the world B roller hockey championships. I no longer have this old passport, I now have a new one and am to attend Asian games in Hefei how do i answer the question regarding previous visit
