i am staying at the novotel beijing xin qiao - 1chong wen men which train do i take?

Do I take the South Railway Station? and then my hotel in Shanghai is the Sheraton hotel.  Which exit do I take?  Please advise.

If you take the high speed train, you need to go to the South Railway Station. You can take subway line 2 from your hotel to Xuanwumen and transfer line 4 to the south train station.  The train stops at Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station. There are several Sheraton Hotels in Shanghai, which one do you refer to here？ Address?
