Is the bullet train the  best way to go to the Luohu District of  Shenzhen City, from Meilan airport for a foreigner? does the train go to Shenzhen City or must I go somewhere else first and get a taxi to Shenzhen City? How much is CNY100 in american dollars for the train.  Will I find anyone at the airport or train who speaks English? Thank you so much. Mary

Actually, the best way for a foreigner is to take the direct flight, taking about an hour or a little longer for the whole journey. There is no bullet trains between the two places. Upon arrival at Baoan Airprot, it is very convenient to take a shuttle bus to the city center. CNY 100 equals 15.88 US$. Of course, you can easily find the English-speaking staff there or some passengers who ca speak English.  Nice day!
